The TERME OSTROG envisages construction of an thermal spa&wellness, hotel and healthcare complex which combines world-class amenities, rustic comfort and spiritual atmosphere with a stable outlook for investment near the greatest sanctuary for Orthodox Christians - Ostrog Monastery.
The resort has a total of 66 582m2, with 4-star hotel with 40 rooms and 11 apartments in the touristic village. There are also several other amenities such as health centers that provide relaxation therapy or rehabilitation programs. It also contains an artificial lake that has waterfalls as well as underground parking.
Project complex is divided into several independent functional units, each with their own specific phase of implementation. However, these different parts are organized in such a way that preserves the unique spiritual and visual sensation for visitors.
The need for design of multifunctional units stemmed from an analysis on the existing situation, investor needs and geographical characteristics. The complex has been designed on the basis of integrated development planning space for health and religious tourism compatible with the protection and affirmation of the natural and cultural landscape and local community values.

According to the Law on Tourism of Montenegro, hotel-tourist complex with 4 and more rating stars is significantly exempted from utility tax obligations. These conditions also provide to subsidize the engagement of employees.
